Increasing Your Energy with Nutrition

This workshop will include information on simple and healthy recipes, meal prepping/planning, and eating for sustained energy. Including a hands-on experience on how to make green smoothies.

Grounding: Person, Place, Time

As women, our lives are filled with hurry up and do. No matter our stage in life–Maiden, Mother, Guardian, or Crone—we typically find little time to connect to ourselves, to where we are (spiritually or physically), and to when we are (metaphorically or literally). In this time, we will be introduced to a few grounding techniques with time to try out one of the methods offered. We will also share our experiences as a part of this process.
